Romy has eighteen years of design and art direction experience with major design companies and TV stations as creative director, art director and designer in Europe, Asia, Australia and the U.S. As a designer, she has worked on a wide variety of briefs, designing and producing branding, motion graphic design, website design and print for large international networks, non-profits and design companies including the BBC, Star TV and Cartoon Network. As an art director, she has managed teams of in-house and freelance designers and developed and directed visual branding. Her strongest skills are in concept, design and art direction of cutting edge graphics.

Romy has good communication skills and the proven ability to manage people and design projects within tight deadlines. Her design education at the BAUHAUS University in Germany has given her the fundamentals for my design approach and through working on four different continents she understands how differences in culture can impact design success and how to use this for her clients.
