The Baptiste Yoga Institute, which houses world-renowned yoga teacher and author Baron Baptiste, was looking for a comprehensive analysis of it’s brand messaging, product positioning, and opportunities for Baron to grow his personal brand awareness and identity as a wellness industry through leader. The organization’s specific and immediate goal was to grow sales of it’s yoga programs and workshops.

I performed a SWAT analysis of the organization, researched other leaders in the personal growth, wellness and yoga industries, and provided a roadmap for the organization, along with key questions and lines of inquiry designed to deepen to Institute’s future focus and framing, product messaging, and market growth opportunities.
