This project is a luxury real estate agency I launched in one of the hottest markets in the country. Rodwin Architecture, a high-end design-build firm in Boulder, CO (full disclosure: It’s my husband’s firm), was looking for a way to better retain clients looking to build custom homes.

The problem: Potential clients would shop for land, and end up buying an existing home because they couldn’t find a site that would work for them. The solution: I got licensed as a broker, and Rodwin Architecture was able to offer my services, specializing in finding the perfect building site, or scrape-and-remodel, to help clients build the home of their dreams. A win-win for all.

Here you can see my site design, messaging, brand color and layout, art, and blog are all created with the $1 million+ buyer and seller in mind. The calls to action and short, to-the-point copy direct site visitors exactly to where they need to go, and funnel them to making contact quickly.
