When I took over PR for the Vice President of Public Relations and Corporate Communications, HealthGrades was a recognized, national leader in hospital quality ratings. However, the company lacked strategic focus in it’s pitching and placement. I brought my skills as an award-winning journalist, along with my marketing experience and knowlege of where HealthGrades’ sales teams most promising leads were located, to specifically target local media, while landing significant national coverage.

I also implemented new PR software that provided access to the market data we needed, and allowed us to track performance.
